The National College of Nursing (NCN) Swat is a Private Institute committed to excellence in teaching and service that enhances the health and wellbeing of the people of Swat and Pakistan at large and Community as a whole. NCN is dedicated to enhancing respect for the nursing profession and raising the standard of nursing practice in the region and the country as a whole.

Mission Of The NCN

The National College of Nursing’s (NCN) Swat mission is to advance health through excellence in nursing and interdisciplinary teaching, research, practice, and service.

To achieve this mission NCN will:

• Produce Graduate nurses to provide distinguished, exemplary and efficient nursing care appropriate to the health needs of population in hospitals and communities.
• We aim to provide leadership in nursing education, practice, administration and Nursing research.
• We aim to provide standard and quality education to the students by following the international standard practices and guidelines in the field of nursing profession.

NCN encourages young males and females from all over the region to choose nursing as a career in order to strengthen the delivery of health care services in the region and the country as a whole.

The faculty of NCN is committed to facilitate students for developing skills in problem-solving and critical thinking, and to design appropriate interventions in response to present and emerging needs of people, institution, and communities. Moreover, to facilitate learning in a student centered culture of caring, trust, and openness, while responding to different learning styles and developmental levels.

NCN will strategically plan enrollment growth to respond to the rapidly changing health care environment.
